This is ridiculous having to pull the battery out. Constantly not sending or receiving texts messages. My old pile of junk Revolution worked better than this junk. I knew I should of went with an iPhone. Verizon will just give me the same old song, well, we can send you a new one, what a new piece of ****. No thanks, think its time to leave verizon once and for all.

I have not pulled my battery since I received the device. Have you attempted to place the device in safe mode to see if an app you downloaded is causing a conflict?
