I sent my phone in for repair of a cracked screen (Asurion claim ID 500786696423). Today I got an email saying it can't be repaired, and to call 888-861-2622 as soon as possible. I borrowed a phone to call, but got a message saying the number is not in service. Is it possible that the repair company (ubreakifix) went out of business? I can't get a response from anyone, and they have my phone.
