Auto Rejection

How should Auto Rejection work? The instructions are very clear on how to set it up, but those numbers now just go to voicemail. Is that correct? I cannot find into on what should happen to these callers, but I expected them just to be blocked completely, without the ability to leave a msg.

You're absolutely right Tdognite! When you use your phone's Auto Rejection option, the phone rejects the incoming call and simply sends it to voicemail. Callers can still leave a message on the wireless network, since the call was only rejected on your handset.

When someone calls a phone their number is blocked on, what do they hear on their end?

That's a great question Dragonfly99. While being block is certainly not fun, sometimes it has to be done. For this reason, we have a specific message that is announced when they call. Please see below:

Blocked Line (VZW sub): Call does not go through.Blocked line hears an audio alert " The number that you have dialed has calling restrictions that have prevented the completion of this call. Switch XXX"

The caller is advised that he/she is blocked.
