I have 2 samsung Galaxy s series phones with verizon and 95% of the automated answering services I call will not recognize my key strokes. It's as if I'm not even touching the keypad. I also have a phone with another carrier and it never gives me a problem. How can I fix this or is it just a Verizon issue?
