BOGO offer on backordered phones?

Hello,

My family and I attempted to make the switch to Verizon Friday in-store using the BOGO offer on the S7 Edges in Silver. They are supposedly going to ship before 3.31, but when looking at the rebate I noticed the purchase date has to be before 3.31.

My question is, if the phones ship after the end of the month will we still be able to redeem the rebate for the new phone even though our card isn't charged until April?

Also, we never received a confirmation e-mail and tracking the order still shows 'in process' three days later. Is this standard for Verizon? It seems like they aren't giving us much information to even confirm our order was place, much less that they're planning to ship it.

I would assume since you ordered the phone prior to the deadline, you would qualify for the BOGO offer. However I would call Verizon to make sure.

This is certainly an awesome promotion amauz1323! We definitely want you to be able to get that second device for free. As long as you purchase the phones prior to March 31st, you will be able to get the BOGO deal. Once you receive the phone, you have 30 days to submit for the rebate. It's understandable to have questions when starting up on with a carrier, amauz1323. We're glad you chose us, and we'll help shed light on what's going on. So first the rebate will be good no matter when the ship date occurs. It's odd for no email to have come through. Have any emails from Verizon Wireless come through at all?
