I just switched from the Ally to the Fascinate. I can't access all of my contacts from backup assistant. Every time, it says "Sync service failed." I KNOW I backed up all of my contacts off of my ally, backup assistant ran every night at like 1 in the morning so I know they're still there.
Online, only my mom's contacts from her Galaxy SIII are showing up. Help me, please?
