Backup Assistant Plus error occurred. File not found.

I recently bought a Galaxy S3 but the Backup Assistant Plus seems to be having issues. It frequently prompts me for my password but then says "Backup Assistant Plus error occurred. File not found." I know the password is correct (incorrect attempts will actually be caught when I try them) and My Verizon Mobile works just fine. Anybody have some suggestions? I tried backing up my contacts from a laptop but some of my contacts disappeared from my phone.

The Galaxy S3 is an awesome phone and I hope you are loving it so far. Let's get that Backup Assistant working so you can have the peace of mind that all your important contacts are backed up.
Are you connected to WiFi when trying to back up? Backup Assistant will only work over the Verizon Wireless data network. Please try a force stop on the application as well,http://vz.to/17bq5hr. If you are still having issues, try resetting the application,http://vz.to/1dcAcsx.
