Recently realized my vm isn't working. After 6th ring goes to generic, unidentified vm. Re-recorded greeting, assumed all was well. Nope. Upgraded to visual, just needing voicemail to work. Still doesn't answer with my custom greeting. Any suggestions for how to get it to work? Also, how do set number of rings? Thx
