Recently realized my vm isn't working. After 6th ring goes to generic, unidentified vm. Re-recorded greeting, assumed all was well. Nope. Upgraded to visual, just needing voicemail to work. Still doesn't answer with my custom greeting. Any suggestions for how to get it to work? Also, how do set number of rings? Thx
The time before a call goes to voicemail is set at 30 seconds at the system level and can't be changed.
Did you recently switch to this phone or is the voicemail issue a recent problem after using it with this phone?
Have you activated the visual voicemail through the phone voicemail application?
