Galaxy NOTE -- after this week's software upgrade, the battery charges at a snail's pace.
I too followed the Tech Advisor's instructions and hard reset the phone..the whole process took 2+ hours and no change in battery charge time is detected.
Tech has been super nice, but clearly this problem is related to the software update, especially after reading previous posts -- but Verizon doesn;t seem to be tying this all together.
Is the Software update a Verizon or Samsung product?
