I bought my device a little over a year ago and I recently encountered my fast charger isn't charging my phone quickly anymore. Aside from that, my phone is literally taking HOURS to get up to 90% charge. I checked on verizons troubleshooting forum and it told me to check to see if the battery was still good (you can do this via my verizon app on your phone) and my phones sayin my battery is good. I spoke to a customer service rep and he suggested i backup everything and factory reset it..I did and its still having the same issue. Anyone else have this problem?
