Battery will not charge using either charger supplied with two S20 phones

battery in Samsung S20 FE 5G will not charge using either of the chargers supplied with a pair of S20's. Phone will still operate correctly with remaining battery charge (currently about 6%) . I've tried everything in the services section concerning battery charging problems with no results.

Is wireless charging available for that phone model?

Do you have insurance or is the phone still under warranty? Have you reached out to Samsung's warranty department to see if they will repair it?

We want to make sure that you are able to charge your Samsung S20 FE 5G, EDWSTR62. How long has this been happening? Are you utilizing a wireless charger or a USB plug in charger? Were any changes made to the phone? Perhaps a software update or new phone cover?
