Bill To Mobile

Has anyone ever had the bill to my mobile carrier (Verizon Account) just disappear from the payment options in the Play Store App? If so, how does one go about getting that feature back?

CGMorvant74, this is a wonderful question! Bill to Mobile is an option that does have the possibility of being restricted. Every seven days a check on an individual account occurs. If there is a past due amount, this option can be removed. There are other reasons that this can occur, but this reason is the most common. Are any other devices on your account experiencing this issue or are they able to Bill to Mobile?
