My boyfriend has the S3. He has one friend who also has verizon and cannot contact him. When I looked at his phone that persons number had a big circle with the X in it.. I assumed somehow he blocked his number because of the symbol, deleted and reenterd the contact. Afterward he is still not able to get calls from this person but can get texts. I spoke to my verizon rep and she told me the S3 has a "black list" built in where you can block numbers. But doesnt seem to know how to get to it, how to remove numbers, or even how to add them. Has anyone else encountered this?
