We have a Samung S7 Edge.
I have tried half a dozen parental control aps and they all require the phone to have access to data or WIFI or there are ways for the child to navigate around the restriction. I want to block (my unique password) at the phone level my childs ability to download any ap. I have taken away the WIFI but so many places offer free WIFI it is not the right answer. I have taken away the data but then some of the locator services will not work. Some aps the kid can flat out delete.
I specifically want to prevent the evil SNAPCHAT which is specifically designed to teach our children how to rebel so parents cannot monitor their activity.

I am to the point where I may purchase a flip phone but that is not the right answer either because he like to use his phone to record his music sessions for his class.
