How do I turn off the notification alert when a call is blocked?

I have a Note9 with android 10.

blocked numbers can still leave vm, are you getting a notification for voicemail?

We want to make sure we have all the details to get this resolved ASAP.  What type of notification alert are you referring to?  There are a number of different types of blocks so we want to make sure we know which kind you are referring to.  How is the call blocked specifically?
