I just activated my brand new S6 Edge, but for unknown reason it will only make calls, but not receive calls. I have checked all settings and still can't find problem?
We need to make sure your calls are working both ways with your brand new phone. Is the old phone turned completely off? That is the first step to make sure the new phone is working properly. I know you checked the settings already, but can you once again go to Apps>Settings>Sounds and notifications>volume>adjust
Also check the Settings>Advanced Calling>Tap it to the on position
Also dial *73 to make sure calls are not being forwarded somewhere else.
