I haven't received many phones. I have received some texts stating they get a busy signal when they try calling. Suggestions?

We definitely want to ensure that you stay connected! That definitely seems a bit odd, but lets us know that your device is definitely accessing the network. How long has this been going on? Any recent changes to the device since this started? Are you able to make outbound calls? In the meantime, let's make sure that call forwarding isn't active. Try dialing *73 and see if the issue persists.
