I have not bought an app yet and dont even know how you do it? Is it charged to phone bill or do you use a credit or debit card?

App purchases are tracked through your gmail account and you pay using a credit card. Not sure if it has been started yet, but google is also planning on allowing payments through Paypal as well.

yeah, carrier billing isn't  available yet.  Google is working with AT&T on it though.

I think the carrier billing through AT&T is available now. That's if I am recalling correctly the article I read on androidcentral.com or was it an.droid-life.com
