Is anyone else having problem receiving text messages like you can send it and dont receive it at all?

SpartanBuddy515, I rely heavily on text, so I know how important it is for that service to work. We are here to work toward a resolution. We would like to start by gathering more information. How are other services on the phone working? What happens when someone sends you a text on their side? Does this problem happen with multiple people?
