How can i merge an incoming call, the only option I get is to swap between calls. I can add a call, but not able to merge an incoming call. Please help me with this problem. Thanks
CDMA = exactly like a landline 3 way calling
GSM = what you want to happen.
So if you want to conference call. One of them calls you and you call out to the next person then you can merge. But if you called out and then someone calls you can't merge them.

Sorry your answer is confusing.
Not following you when you said, is the same as when using landlines. I know is a three way calling, but Verizon don't offer that features.
