Okay, so a couple days after the most recent update my phone seems to have trouble connecting to camera. i open up the camera and get a message saying "camera failed". Ive never had this problem before. And the other night my phone froze and shut off while it had full battery and would not turn back on. i had to take the battery out and that seemed to work. And i recently learned that the flash will go off if i get emails,phone calls, etc... Help please.

Are you using the pre-installed camera or an app that was downloaded? If you place the phone into Safe Mode (following these steps: http://vz.to/1jL2mw0 ) does this continue?
Also, check these accessibility settings to make sure the Hearing Settings for Flash Notifcation aren't turned on: http://vz.to/1g3uu9e
