I deleted some photos that didn't upload to the cloud and was hoping someone could help me recover them
If the photos were only on your phone, and not backed up to Google or Verizon cloud, then they are gone. Unless you have turned warnings off, you will typically get a warning before deleting something that it will be deleted and no longer recoverable....
