Can I return my Galaxy Nexus under the 1 year warranty?

My Galaxy Nexus, for some strange reason, likes to say it is charging even when it is off the charger. I have no idea what is wrong with it, and resetting it didn't fix it. I hear there is a 1 year warranty on this phone, so how do I go about exchanging this for a different phone?

I want your Galaxy Nexus to deliver top notch performance at all times comradecasey!
My first recommendation is to pull the battery and then run the device in safe mode for a full day to determine if third party apps may be conflicting. bit.ly/vW58PM I would also try different chargers to see if the behavior changes. Should you still experience difficulties, I recommend a complete factory reset. bit.ly/swCYZF.
Your one-year manufacturer warranty provides a replacement of the same make and model only. We offer a 14 day return period if you were interested in a different device. I trust this information was helpful.
Sincerely,
