Have anybody use Samsung Galaxy S6 for "facetime" like in Apple iphone?
No, Facetime is an Apple product for use with iPhones/iPads/Macs. Apple does not make a version for non-Apple devices. Possibly they will in the future as they did with iTunes, but not currently.
Try Skype. It works across multiple platforms.:smileyhappy:
I don't this Feature is Available but you might in the App Store to see if there is something similar..

Hangouts, OovoO, Skype, and there's a few more I don't remember off the top of my head. They are cross platform.
You can "facetime" or video chat with other Verizon customers who have Advanced Calling on their phones while on WiFi or mobile data while on the Verizon network.
