Can I use my US Cellular Galaxy SIII on the Verizon Network

I recently changed carriers from US Cellular to Verizon. At the time I wanted to see what the Iphone craze was about so I got an Iphone.. Well, I hate it and would love to go back to my S III if I could find away to do it. The research I've done online is mixed.. Looking for any feedback.

Unlikely. The CDMA radios aren't compatible and the IMEI number isn't in the Verizon Wireless database of compatible devices.

That's too bad.. I was realy hoping I could get it to work.. I was warned by the Verizon technician that I was downgrading, but I had to see what the whope Iphone craze was all about. Lesson learned..
