With Time Warner Cable. Pop up wants me to "Disable USB debugging. Go to Settings/developer options or Applications/development." I can't find any of those options on my phone. Puzzling.
Access to the Developer Options changed with version 4.3. To find it now do this:
Go to "Settings...More...About Device
Scroll to the build Number
Tap it repeatedly (about 10 times, it may show message on how many more times you need to tap in order to enter developer mode)
