Oh my, that's not good let's ensure your phone is working as it should be! Is your software up to date? Does it happen with all messages? Are you using the native Messaging app on your phone? Try resetting the messaging app by going to: Settings, Application Manager, Messaging, force stop, clear data and clear cache then retest and keep us posted.
