Wi-Fi icon is not bright green, it is green but color is muted. When I go to settings I have nothing on the screen and can not turn on Wi-Fi.

I have the same issue. My wifi will not turn on. The wifi icon will only turn a dull green when touched that will go back to grey after a little while. This started on 6/30/14, did not work all day. On 7/1/14, it worked again for about an hour, then didn't work again. No new apps were added or anything done to my phone during this time?????
Really need an answer to this.
