I cant access my voicemail. I have my phone number set as my voicemail number in voicemail settings. I call my voicemail using *86 and it asks for my mailbox number, I put in my phone number and it tells me that my phone number is not a valid mailbox number.
JDES57, Getting your messages is always important. Let's get to the bottom of what you are experiencing. Which make and model phone do you have? When was the last time you were able to access your messages? Have you attempted to press and hold the number 1 for the phone to dial voicemail? If so, what happens?
