I have gotten three emails encouraging me to redeem an offer of a Samsung TV. But I can not find My Verizon account's "For You on Us" section. I have spoken to two agents who assure me they can see the emails but also can't find the offer on my account. For over two weeks, this has been in the hands of the investigation team for resolution. I have a case number #*****. Both agents assured me the offer was legit and that I was eligible for it. The deadline to redeem is October 1st. Why is this so hard? Verizon sent me the emails. The emails are in the Verizon system, but no one knows how to get the redemption code. Are you just trying to let it expire so you don't have to give out the reward?
