Can't get timer app to transfer from S5 to S7

Question

I've used Smart Switch to transfer stuff from my old Galaxy S5 to my new Galaxy S7.  However, I have a great little kitchen timer app on the S5 that I can't find in the app store, in my app library, and I can't get it to transfer via Smart Switch.  I go through the steps and check the box just for that app but "Send" is still grayed-out.

If anyone can tell me how to transfer it or find the app to download that would be great. I'm afraid I don't know who the app maker is...

It's simple but very handy.  The alarm is the sound of a rooster crowing.  It has the option to set three different timers simultaneously.
