Can't make calls after lollipop update

After updating my s4 this morning, I thought everything was great until I received my first call. It was dropped in 15 sec...my phone had restarted...I called them make a few time sure it was not a fluke....I can't even call verizon..I see that they say there no was to go back..so now what

I have the same issue, wireless at home is just fine, and it will make calls as long as I am on wireless connection to my home network. I wish I never upgraded because now my phone is practically useless. I can't make calls even in safe mode. I have tried removing and reseating the SIM card, and ensuring it is in CDMA network mode. NO LUCK! HELP Verizon - you're my only hope.
