Can't receive calls from one person

I have a Galaxy S III mini with Verizon and my boyfriend has an iPhone 6 with AT&T. Suddenly today, when he calls me, he gets the message "I'm sorry, this call cannot be completed as dialed." We can text back and forth. I can call him. I can receive calls from everyone else (from including another person with an iPhone and AT&T). Neither of us have blocked each other's number. There's nothing on my account that would show why I can't receive calls from him. Any ideas?

That is concerning to hear. We want to make sure our customers can speak to there loved ones. Did he contact AT&T regarding this? Due to you being able to contact him this would not be on our end?

I have had this issue with my sister. It has taken me 7 months to figure it out. I had installed Hiya and RoboKiller on my phone which blocked my sister since her number ended with 4444. I hope this is your same answer. I uninstalled both apps and restarted my phone and it worked!!! when she finally was able to call me I actually screamed. It was a jouous moment since erizon was even stumped.
