I receive short code text but I can't reply to them. There are no apps available to enable when I go to enable premium text messaging. I am using the Messages app that was preinstalled on my S10E. I've tried using m Verizon messaging+ and it doesn't work either. I've cleared the cash I've cleared the data in the messages app. I have taken my SIM card out and put it back in. I have already had to do a factory reset twice on this phone since I bought it in October. Not even sure that that would help.
