I can receive pic messages but when trying to send a pic message it fails. Get a message that says invalid destination. Went to the store and they didn't know how to fix it. Any suggestions?
sbmads, let's get this resolved. Are you able to send a group message?What messaging application are you using? Can you send normal texts to this number?

I can send a group message. I've tried using the message+ app and the
regular text app. It's not a specific person that I can't send MMS
messages to. I am not able to send any picture messages to anyone but can
receive them.

I also could not access the internet while on a phone call. I compared my s7 edge settings to the settings on my old phone (s5), everything seemed to match. Not sure why I am having these issues now.
Congratulations on the new S7 Edge, sbmads. I also like to use internet while on voice calls. Let’s make sure this gets fixed. What settings did you check specifically? What happens when you attempt to use the internet while on a call? I would recommend checking your advanced calling settings if you have not already done so. i switched from verizon messaging to the default messaging system & the problems went away.
Yes, I've tried everything.
Have advanced calling activated and tried turning on wifi calling but keeps
saying its not available at this time. Didnt know if this plus me not
being able to send MMS messages was somehow related. Since I've gotten
the edge, nothing seems to work correctly and nobody knows how to fix it.
Not very satisfied at this point.
We're not going to give up on this yet! Do you know if Advanced Calling is feature added to your account?
Link to a screenshot iof settings on my phone, seems to be missing info including my number. Would this affect my ability to send MMS messages?

Picture messaging is a wonderful tool to share memories on the go, sbmads. Let's keep working at this so we can get that working. When you go into Settings > Advanced Calling > Advanced Calling what options do you show listed? Have you tried to reset your settings? This can be done in Settings > Back up and Reset > Reset Network Settings. Let me know if this helps.

Went to the dealer and had them switch out my sim card which immediately fixed the problem.
You just need to replace the sim card. I had the same problem including being unable to login into my verizon. New sim card fixed problem immediately.
