Can't send or receive texts...

Edit, I THOUGHT my roommate had the same issue.   It's only me.  I bet it's the recent update from today.  Can you rollback an update?

I have a S22 that recently did a system update.  My roommate has the same exact phone and his is doing the same thing.  Data, calls, internet etc all work but not texts, be it sending or receiving.
