Can't use Data on my phone.

I got the new update a while ago and since than I haven't been able to use any apps without wifi. I don't know how to fix it I've tried messing with the mobile data settings on my phone but it hasn't done anything. Any one else have this problem or know how to fix it?

Ginalala, let's make sure we can get this phone back up and running with no issues. One thing that I would love to double check is to make sure celluar data is turned on. With this link it will give you the steps to double check that: http://vz.to/1eIT16H If the data is on, go ahead and turn it off and then turn it right back on again. Are you able to get on the Browser with the wifi turned off? Are you having any kind of issues with e-mails on the phone? Please keep us posted.
