*86 is the Voicemail access code; if that doesn't work (that's what is typically set as the speed dial #) you can try your full 10-digit number. If that doesn't take you to voicemail, try your full 10-digit number from another phone, and press # during your greeting to access your voicemail.
*86 only works in your home area, so if you are roaming or in an extended network area, you need to dial your full ell # to access your voicemail.

Being able to access your voicemails is imparative. SuzyQ gave you some great information about how to access your voicemail by *86. I see you posted this on the S6 page. On these devices you actually have a voicemail application to retrieve them. Have you tried that out? Any issues that way?
