Since the new update was installed yesterday, I can't answer incoming calls. I can only swip up and send a canned txt like: "call you back", "txt me" etc. Has anyone had this issue?

It is definitely important to make sure that you have access to receive phone calls. I want to see a complete resolution on this concern. Have you verified that all apps have been updated since the device software update was performed? Have you completed a reboot of your device in the time since this has gone on?

#metoo!Been having the same issue since the update. It doesnt' happen every time but quite often. I do have teh ability to send the text like you said but when i swip up i can't answer or deny the call.All of my apps are updated and i've rebooted the phone, cleared the app cache and still does it.
Being able to answer your incoming calls is crucial. Let’s get to the bottom of this and get it working. What specifically happens when you try to answer your calls (touchscreen doesn’t respond at all, registers your touch but doesn’t do anything, etc.)? Have you noticed any other issues with your phone/touchscreen since the update? Please perform a remove/reinsert your SIM card, perform a soft reset, and notify us of the result. Here are the steps:
