Recently my old Galaxy S4 broke so I ended up getting a replacement one through insurance and have noticed that when I make or receive a phone call I cannot hear the other person and they cannot hear me. I have already tried resetting the phone and deleting 3rd party apps and the problem still hasn't been solved. I was wondering what I would have to do to resolve this issue.
Report it to your issuing insurance company, ask for replacement.
