After the FCC, Verizon settlement concerning Verizon's practice of charging for enabling the ability for phones to tether, I thought I was fine. However, since the latest update, I have been unable to tether my device. Every time I attempt to do so, it says it is "checking my subscription status" and then informs me I don't have the plan that covers this "service" (a service which my phone, not Verizon, is performing). I figured I would check here to see if there is something I can do to correct this issue rather than going immediately to the FCC to complain about Verizon's non-compliance.
I have the older Family Share Plan, with a dedicated 2GB data plan for my line individually.
