Are you a former iphone user? If yes then you will have to de-register yourself from all your Apple accts, Imessages, Itunes, and I'm sure there is other things. This is a common problem with people switching from iphone to android. Someone here who has done this will come back with the exact steps necessary to do this.

Weird stuff. But, it's nothing we can't tackle head on. As inquired into by a fellow community member, are you a previous iPhone user? Also, when did this begin? We'll figure it out.
