Hi, I've noticed that even though I'm in the middle of a medium-large city (Tucson, AZ), my cell service usually only shows one bar. My wi-fi is fine, however. Is there anything I can do to get better cell service - or is it just that my phone is old...
Having one bar does not necessarily mean poor service, istj0306. Are you having any service issues? When did this start? Are others around you having any service issues? Does your service strength increase when you are in other areas?
