Certain contacts no longer receive my texts

2 people that I know of suddenly stopped receiving my texts. I can receive theirs but, even with them sitting right next to me, mine don't go through. Nothing has changed in my Fascinate or in their phones. We used to text daily and 2 weeks ago it just stopped working. Help!!

Is their phone number saved on your phone as the full ten-digit number?

Beyond that, not a clue.

Lets try some things to resolve this issue:

Try sending a message manually using the mobile number area code first to those numbers.

Then try a soft reset on the device.

Soft Reset
Press the Power key.
Touch Power off.
Touch OK.
Press the Power key to power on the device.

Then dial *228 send and option 1 on the device.

Then try sending another message.

If the problems persist, make sure you are sending messages below 160 characters and not replying to older messages from those numbers.
