I have had my S5 for a little over a month. The cover for the battery port will not stay closed securely - looks as though the little plastic piece that keeps it closed securely is coming apart from the cover itself. I am not rough on my device at all, but I do have to open it in order for my phone to charge. I have seen many posts on different forums from people having the same issue. They, like me, called Samsung, and they were no help. Basically told me it was my fault, and nothing they were going to do about it - I could send my phone it and they could maybe replace it, but would charge me. The lack of customer service is very annoying and unsatisfactory as far as I am concerned. Has anyone else experienced this issue, and if so were you able to get it resolved?
