Why screen doesn't scroll down during chat session?
I would imagine the Chat was difficult to follow. Let's work together to figure out why it was not scrolling. Please clarify what media you used to chat. Have you successfully used our Chat from a different computer? - Dolores
I was using Firefox. Works well on PC.Have tried chat with various businesses and personal including Verizon. Thank You for response.
