Just got my galaxy 22+ and performed all the setup procedures. However, it won't allow the transfer of my contacts to my new device due to the code 11 error. Please help as this is becoming a frustrating task. As simple as it sounds or once was, it appears that it is no longer the case.

Congrats on your new phone, 1dude! We certainly want to make sure all your backed-up content transfers to the new device! Are you getting this error code when trying to use Verizon Cloud? Does it happen when connected to both cellular data and to WiFi?
