Unknown, but you do have to purchase it through Samsung and the only option is theffull retail price.

I just hope Samsung figures out and fixes the call quality that plagues the Note 3 before the release this phone. I don't have any problem with the retail price. I have to pay that with any phone. I won't do a contract of any kind with anyone. Everyone else had better be prepared for it similar the way they do things in the rest of the world. It simplifies many issues. Any phone on any network is the way things should be. Not this stupid thing of having to buy a new phone just because you move someone elses network.

Come on Verizon you teased us enough with this coming soon! I'm a developer that purchased the new Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note 3, it was a nice a phone but not for a developer! So I sold it for $700! It was such a tease! I need an unlocked bootloader so I can install a custom recovery! So it was like buying a brand new laptop with an encoded password! Its not right! It's our hardware! Why must you lock it up?? I hope you guys release this Developer Edition Note 3 before December, if not it looks like I'm switching to Sprint or T-Mobile! You already took my unlimited data away, and now you expect us to buy locked devices? Please Verizon keep development going! It's only making Android better!

How would you know if you have a developer edition? I know the developer options were hidden until I tapped about 8 times on the build #....?
