Verizon service has gotten very bad. I ordered my phone on 05/02/2022 and still haven't received 05/19 . I've called twice and they basically gave me empty promises. One guy said he was over night a new one, which he didn't. the second one finally cancelled my order and kept me on hold for 20 minutes to get approval from supervisor. NO consideration and the fact i've been with them for over a decade. Very disappointed for a carrier that is one of the more expensive providers to not provide average customer service.
