Connect to WiFi but no Internet

The people in my office (myself included) with Samsung GS3 phones are unable to use internet via WiFi.  All other cell phones within the building work except for the GS3's.  We can connect to the network successfully.  However, there is no internet available for web browsing or apps.  We can turn off WiFi and use mobile data but are hoping to avoid the data charges that result.

Pertinent info:

My WiFi works fine at home and in all other places that I have tried

Security:  WPA/WPA2 PSK

Any suggestions?  I have tried downloading the WiFi Manager app, rebooting, etc. but nothing has worked.  Any help would be appreciated!

Have you tried rebooting the router at work?

When everything else works except a specific type of phone it makes it obvious that the problem is with the phones and how they are configured versus how the office router is configured. It is not a Verizonwireless issue. Search on GS3 and the router brand and model number or contact the person who configured the office router.

We want you to able to use your Wi-fi at work, per no one wants to use their mobile data if they don't have to. Let's get this resolved. Has the work Wi-fi ever worked on the GS3? What is the exact error message that you receive when you attempt to use the Wifi data? Keep me posted.
